FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How will the course be set up?

  • We are rolling out the course in phases.

  • Phase I will be taught via several live video training sessions. Replays will be available for participants of the initial group as well as afterwards for any participants who sign up during the Evergreen phase.

  • Topics will be tailored to our initial group’s most relevant needs. The information covered teaches important factors necessary to launch and run a high-quality and sustainable worldschool hub.

  • Future Phase(s) will expand on these topics and cover other pertinent subjects, including the voices of our Worldschool All Star Guest Experts.

  • Perpetual access to replays of the training videos (noted with key points), our presentation material, templates, check lists and our members-only Facebook Group.

  • During Phase I, participants will be able to ask questions in real time during our live video training sessions. Or send us questions in advance if they're unable to attend the session live.

  • After our initial release of Phase I, quarterly Zoom check in sessions will be facilitated by Lizz for one year (as long as there’s sufficient demand). This will help you stay accountable and in community with others in your shoes.

  • Transcripts of key points during our ongoing Q&As will be added to the course FAQ.

  • Future training content of Phase II will be available for an additional fee if there is sufficient demand.

  • A Training Certificate is available for those who complete each Phase and its assignments.  When complete, participants can add the graduated Worldschool All Stars badge to marketing materials. Your audience will know you’ve been trained by experts.

  • You'll be able to review chapters as they become more important during your hub development.

  • You will have lifetime access to the members-only Facebook Group and interact with other Worldschool All Stars.

How long is the course?

  • We anticipate Phase I will take 4-5 sessions, totaling 8-10 hours of training videos. You can watch the videos up to double speed if you’d like.

What is the timeline for the Phase I of the Course?

  • We are targeting March 18, 2025 to launch the first training video for Phase I. We will host monthly trainings for 4-5 months to cover the most desired initial topics.

How much is the course?

  • The price is $750 USD for Phase I and we're asking for a $300 deposit ASAP to confirm your spot. Phase II will be released at an additional cost if and when it becomes in demand.

After the deposit, when is the remainder of the payment due?

  • The remainder of the payment is due March 14, 2025 which is a few days before our first live session starts.

What happens if the course doesn't run for any reason.

  • We have every intention of launching this course but if there is little interest or something wild happens ie. one of us gets hit by a truck or tuktuk, then all payments will get a full refund.

Is it possible to access Kate or Rachel individually while they are busy running their own hubs?

  • As you can imagine, the team leading this course is busy running their hubs / businesses as well as actively worldschooling. Our time is in short supply but we are dedicated to sharing the information you need now to launch your hub.

  • Kate and Rachel will be available to answer questions live at the end of each training video during Phase I and subsequent Phase(s). We will have information to help you prep for each session so you can anticipate questions ahead of time.

  • After Phase I completes, Lizz will facilitate quarterly Zoom check in sessions for 1 year, as long as there’s sufficient demand. Any questions not already in the course FAQs will be forwarded to Kate or Rachel to incorporate into Phase II.
