FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How is the course set up?

  • We are rolling out the course in phases.

  • Phase I ended October 2025 and was taught via several live video training sessions. The replays are available for participants of the initial group as well as any participants who signs up during the Evergreen phase (post October 2025).

  • Topics for Phase I were tailored to our initial group’s most relevant needs. The information covered teaches important factors necessary to launch and run a high-quality and sustainable worldschool hub.

  • Future Phase(s) will be created upon sufficient demand, expand on the Phase I topics and cover other pertinent and subjects, including the voices of our Worldschool All Star Guest Experts.

  • Perpetual access to replays of the training videos, our presentation material (223 Google slides!), templates, check lists and our members-only Facebook Group.

  • Upon the completion of Phase I in October 2025, quarterly Zoom check in sessions will be facilitated by Lizz for one year (as long as there’s sufficient demand). This will help you stay accountable and in community with others in your shoes.

  • Future training content of Phase II will be available for an additional fee if there is sufficient demand.

  • A Training Certificate is available for those who complete each Phase and its assignments.  When complete, participants can add the graduated Worldschool All Stars badge to marketing materials. Your audience will know you’ve been trained by experts.

How can I access the course and membership in the community and for how long?

  • You will be sent a login for our course platform and have access to it for years to come.

  • You'll be able to review chapters as they become more important during your hub development.

  • You will have lifetime access to the members-only Facebook Group and interact with other Worldschool All Stars.

How long is the course?

  • Phase I is made up of 5 modules, totaling nearly 10 hours of training videos. You will have access to all the videos and can watch them up to double speed if you’d like.

  • Phase II's length is TBD.

How much is the course?

  • The investment for Phase I (which you can most likely deduct from your taxes if you file as a business owner) is $750 USD. Phase II will be released at an additional cost if and when it becomes in demand.

Is it possible to access Kate or Rachel individually while they are busy running their own hubs? 

  • As you can imagine, the team leading this course is busy running their hubs / businesses as well as actively worldschooling. Our time is in short supply but we are dedicated to sharing the information you need now to launch your hub.

  • Kate and Rachel were available to answer questions live at the end of each training video during Phase I and will continue to do so during subsequent Phase(s). We will have information to help you prep for each session so you can anticipate questions ahead of time.

  • Now that Phase I is completed, Lizz will facilitate quarterly Zoom check in sessions for 1 year (until the end of 2026), as long as there’s sufficient demand. Any questions not already in the course FAQs will be forwarded to Kate or Rachel to incorporate into a potential Phase II.

Are 1:1 consultations available?

  • Absolutely! You can book 1:1 consultations with Kate, Rachel or Lizz at the rate of at $150 per hour and have our focused attention to help you launch your amazing worldschool community. Please coordinate with the consultant directly to book sessions and for payment.
